These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lotorb website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Lotorb ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Lotorb provides property intelligence tools that aggregate and analyze publicly available and licensed data — including assessor records, permit history, utility territory signals, and market cost benchmarks — to generate informational estimates about properties and home systems.

The Service is offered to homeowners, property owners, and home service contractors for research and planning purposes. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued at any time.

All outputs from the Service — including property health scores, cost forecasts, system age estimates, incentive matches, and lead previews — are preliminary and informational only.

The Service does not provide engineering inspections, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, contractor quotes, or guaranteed eligibility determinations. You should verify all information with qualified professionals, official records, and applicable program administrators before making decisions.

Some features may require you to create an account or submit contact information. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically download data from the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary models.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority to access property information.
• Use property intelligence outputs to harass, stalk, or discriminate against individuals.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service outputs without our prior written consent.

Contractors who register for early access, territory updates, or lead previews acknowledge that preview data may be masked, sampled, or subject to availability limits.

Participation in any paid lead program, if offered, will be governed by separate commercial terms presented at enrollment. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke contractor access at our discretion.

The Service incorporates data from third-party sources. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data and are not responsible for errors originating from external providers.

The Service may link to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, models, and compiled datasets, is owned by Lotorb or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our privacy practices. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in those practices.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any estimates will match actual conditions, costs, or program eligibility.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOTORB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lotorb and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
